By creating an account and using Lynxy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use Lynxy

You must be at least 16 years old to use Lynxy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may only create one account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content rules

All posts on Lynxy are anonymous. You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Harasses, threatens, or harms others.
• Contains hate speech based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
• Spreads deliberate misinformation.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Posting limits

Each account is limited to one post and one like per 24-hour period. These limits exist to encourage thoughtful sharing and prevent spam.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Lynxy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the platform. Posts are anonymous and cannot be deleted individually. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, likes, and all posts you have created.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

Lynxy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content posted by users or for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lynxy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
