Delete Your Lynxy Account

Delete your account in the Lynxy app

1. Sign in to Lynxy using your Google or Apple account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select “Delete my account.”
4. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting your account permanently removes your Lynxy account, posts and likes. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion without accessing the app

If you cannot access Lynxy, you can request account deletion by contacting Lynxy Support. Please email us from the email address associated with your Google or Apple sign-in and include your anonymous Lynxy ID if available. We may request additional information solely to verify account ownership before processing the deletion.

Data deletion and retention

After a verified account deletion request is completed, the Lynxy account, posts and likes associated with the account are permanently deleted. Limited information may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance, as explained in the Lynxy Privacy Policy.
